An Aspen area resident for more than 25 years, Jim is the founder and President of Rocky Mountain Mortgage Funding. He was previously the Vice President of Finance of a major Aspen ski company. His background in the CPA profession uniquely qualifies him to analyze our clients' complex financial data, and quickly assess the borrower's options. Jim has been funding substantial loans in the Rocky Mountain areas since 1984, and is a graduate of Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. With a passion for the outdoors, Jim is an avid fly fisherman, a past President of Trout Unlimited, and also is active in his community's local Rotary club.

Vice President

Bill joined Rocky Mountain Mortgage Funding in 1994, after eight years with Huntington National Bank and Norwest Bank, where he worked as a lender and analyst for the consumer, commercial and private banking areas. Each of our clients benefit directly from Bill's diverse lending experience and background. Bill is a graduate of the Ohio State University College of Business. His special interests include outdoor photography, golf and writing. Additionally, Bill serves as a member of his local community's Town Board of Trustees.
